About Valor Essential Oil Blend
Originally formulated by Young Living Founder D. Gary Young, Valor blend is a long-standing member favorite. Its one-of-a-kind formula was inspired by historical writings about Roman soldiers who were said to apply plant extracts and botanicals to inspire courage and confidence before going into battle.

I use this for a number of things but mostly for my TMJ cuz I clenched at night time and this works great put a little bit in between your cheeks right under your ears put in your pressure points if you want to sleep really good I just wish it was a little cheaper but I will pay this price every time and I wouldn't even hesitate helps reduce stress this is probably the best essential oil I've ever had
There are many oils that suggest, by their name, certain properties or effects. And many of these are more fanciful than efficacious. Valor, however, seems to be aptly named. I was first introduced to it by a yoga instructor who recommended a few drops of the oil applied to the soles of one's feet to help transition through or past a difficulty, especially if one were having difficulty mustering the requisite courage. I tried it, and experienced a subtle but significant restoration of the inner powers. This is an expensive blend -- Blue Tansy is almost as rare as pure essential Rose oil -- but it last for years, if used sparingly and kept in a cool place. I find the scent invigorating, as if Heaven and Earth had each contributed their best. It reminds me of John Barnes's description of the Wine of the Gods and its uses for bolstering the spirit.

Directions
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution is not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
