Suggested Uses

  • Add Season Essentials blend to a veggie capsule, water, or a teaspoon of honey and take it internally.
  • Add a few drops to your palms and rub them together. Cup your hands over your nose and mouth and take 2–3 deep, slow breaths through your nose, exhaling through your mouth.
  • Keep Season Essentials blend on hand while exploring the great outdoors. Add an AromaGlide® Roller Fitment to the bottle to apply as needed.

Directions

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Apply to desired area as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
