RutaVaLa combines three essential oils that are great for helping you create a sense of calm in your life. With its earthy, grounding aroma, RutaVaLa can create a peaceful environment. Directions

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Apply to desired area as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
