smell takes some time to get used to. A little smelly, but as it fades has a beautiful scent.
Helps to relax and unwind for a good night's sleep
I was told by someone that it helps a person sleep better but it hasn’t helped me sleep better at all. The oil has helped with my neuropathy in my feet. When I go to bed they burn - due to chemo - so it does stop the burning. I’ve had to go back to using melatonin for my insomnia. I hear people say the love the smell. It’s not pleasant to me at all. Smells like old stinky gym socks. Maybe it’s old - not sure but I don’t like how it smells at all. It’s a lot of money for such a small bottle of oil. I don’t have restless legs but I can see where it might help as it has helped my neuropathy.
