About Patchouli Essential Oil

Native to Indonesia, patchouli is a bushy herb in the mint family that typically grows to a height of 2–3 feet and produces small white or pink flowers. Its leaves were used traditionally as a flavoring or herbal tea. Patchouli essential oil contains the naturally occurring constituent patchoulol, which contributes to its earthy aroma. A common base note in perfumes, Patchouli creates a calming and grounding environment when diffused or inhaled and can also be applied topically to moisturize the skin.

i haven't purchased this oil from this seller but my ex boyfriend used to sell young living oils and he bought me a bottle as a gift a few years ago... and I still have some. young living makes some of the best essential oils in the world! therapeutic grade and ingestible (well some are) ..I only have to apply or add a few drops to my person or my Dr. Bronners plain castille soap.. or laundry detergent to make it noticeable :)

Directions

Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
