YL products are too expensive IMO but this is effective and soothing and works great for adults, too!
Mixed with distilled water (10 water/1 oil) and sprayed on your pillow will help you sleep at night.
I liked the smell and it seemed to calm my toddler and make her night terrors less frequent. I put the mixture into a roller ball and I rub on my daughters feet and back every night.

Directions
Topical: Apply 2−4 drops to desired area to promote feelings of
relaxation and tranquility. Apply generously on wrists, back of neck, shoulders, or bottoms of feet.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily. Recommended for children ages 2−12. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin.
