I have been using Young Living Essential Oils for 13 years and when I had kids and they came out with the kidscents I was so excited to try them all. This sleepytime roller ball and the tummy roller ball are our absolute favorite, we try to never run out. Just a little rub behind the ears and along the sternum and goodnight, sweet dreams.

Directions
Topical: Apply generously on wrists, back of neck, shoulders, or bottoms of feet. Recommended for children ages 2−12. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin.
