About Idaho Blue Spruce Essential Oil
Idaho Blue Spruce is steam distilled from the wood, bark, and needles of the Picea pungens tree, an evergreen species native to the central Rocky Mountains. Considered a sacred tree by Native American tribes in the Northwest, it was used traditionally for smudging and purification rites.Idaho Blue Spruce essential oil has a grounding, evergreen aroma that can be used to enhance thoughtful introspection and inspire spiritual connection. Applied topically, it can also be enjoyed as a woodsy personal fragrance or used in massage.

This item was received in proper packaging g but it is only a tad over half full! This item is NOT REFUNDABLE SO I AM BURNED FOR $50! BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM AND A RIPFF! I will be certain to use all of my platforms to advise unsuspecting potential customers.
I mixed mine with a strong herbal tea. Noticeably boosted my mood.

My husband uses this by suggestion of his Dr. He was instructed to rub 2 drops onto his ankle each night to raise his testosterone. On his last blood test it proves to be working with a 300+ increase in his level. It's safe, no drugs or hormones to worry about and so far is working! Pricey for a tiny bottle, but when only using 2 drops a day it is long lasting .
Somewhat pricey but worth it. The scent is amazing and unique. The price is comparable to what is charged to everyone except YL members. I use it sparingly, but it is a great pick me up with other health benefits.
