Very pleased with the results.
I bought this oil because I've always had a problem with circulation and the bottle said this "may help.". I've tried other remedy's but nothing seemed to work. This morning at my Holistic Chiropractor's office she said, "oh look at your legs, they are pink and colorful, not the pasty white they usually are!". She said this was due to improved circulation - and I've only been on this EO for a two weeks! Another oil that will be a permanent part of my daily routine.
I was told that goldenrod will help boost testosterone. I put a few drops on my skin,under my nose. It really seams to work. I feel better on the days that I use it. It might be placido but I don't think so. I will continue to use it for a long time
Great calming effects but at the same time energizing.I use it rubbing on reflex point on the feet or one or two drops diluted in organic oil as supplment.

Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
