Suggested Uses

Follow Gary’s recommended protocol or adjust it to make it your own.

Step 1: Valor® essential oil blend

  • Apply 3–4 drops to the bottoms of your feet.
  • Affirm: I am grounded, stable, and balanced. I am full of courage and confidence.
  • Alternate application: Place 1 drop on the inside of your left wrist. Place left wrist over the inside of your right wrist and hold together for a moment.

Step 2: Harmony™ essential oil blend

  • Apply 3–4 drops around your navel.
  • Affirm: I am in harmony with the flow of life. I love others and myself unconditionally.

Step 3: Joy™ essential oil blend

  • Apply 3–4 drops over your heart.
  • Affirm: I am full of optimism, joy, and contentment. I radiate joy in all that I do.

Step 4: White Angelica™ essential oil blend

  • Apply 1–2 drops on each shoulder.
  • Affirm: I am safe, protected, and secure. I can handle all that comes my way. I interact with those around me appropriately. I take in all of the good and none of the bad.
  • Alternate application: Place 3–4 drops in your hand and rub your palms together. Lightly brush over your head, face, shoulders, and body.
