Taking the drops is easy, I take 5 in the morning and 5 at night 2 days a week and it helps my immune system.I don't know why but they ship very slow so be sure you give them 2 weeks or more to get to you. If you need them before that it's best to find someone close who sells it.
I used it a few times right before I went on meds for tendonitis and saw no difference before I started to take it. I will try again and hopefully see a difference soon.
