Great product
So I LOVE this oil, though it is not meant as a sleep aid. I think it can still help in that area as it's quite a pleasing and calm aroma, but it's original purpose was to promote inspiration, creativity, visualization of goals, and motivation. It's technically a "daytime" oil. If you are struggling to visualize your dreams and stay on task with your goals, or if you just want to be even more inspired, this is a great oil! Again, I do think it can still work for sleep, but it is just not intended for that, so don't be disappointed if it doesn't help with that. I got it to basically keep me alert and awake while working towards my business goals. It's also great for grounding and visualizing during meditations.
I was recommended this for my daughter and it works wonderfully. I would recommend this to anyone. We just use a tiny drop on the soles of my daughters feet and she sleeps all night.
I'm new to aromatherapy and this was recommended by a friend who got it for me as a gift. It's VERY expensive, but my friend assured me that was due to the quality of the ingredients. (My friend isn't connected to the seller or maker or anything, they're just into aromatherapy and intro'd me to it. :)).I'm a skeptic, and so I cannot say that it does anything for sleep. I did notice that I slept much better and longer after using it, but that may not be related, and I would not feel comfortable recommending it to a friend for that purpose. (Or any aromatherapy for any such purpose for that matter).I CAN say, I really love how it smells, even though it's not a scent I would have said 'ooo yummy'. The scent is complex and soothing, and a good evening scent. The color of the oil is green. I used a diffuser. And a very little goes a loooong way.It also apparently came from China I think based on the package. However, the bottle was sealed tight with a tamper seal and there was no breakage or leakage at all.I think it was worth the price after using it, and I was pretty worried beforehand that it wouldn't be worthwhile. :)

Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
