Love this and it came nicely wrapped and fast. It is a very good essential oil and I love it.
I have a lot of Young Living oils and other products they make and I swear by the majority of them as I can see benefits with usage. This one I really couldn't though. It seemed to have no effects for me. I even tried it in my diffuser and nothing. I wouldn't buy this particular type again.

Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ or olive oil. Apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
