I mix coconut oil with one or two drops of the endodlex it's work better than icy hot.
I’ve been using this oil along w Clary sage to help control hot flashes. It was recommended by a YL rep. I use a drop of each. It may take a couple of days to feel the effect and use it 3 to 4 times a day. I also apply peppermint oil in the back of my neck. I used to belong to YL and get the oils from them, but find it a hassle becoming a member, paying the shipping, and it takes a while to get it. When I found out that I could buy it at a better price and faster delivery, it was a no brainer. If the oils I bought were different than what I’d get from YL, then they wouldn’t have had the same effect.
I use this for hot flashes combined with sclaressence. It works pretty well for those of us that have severe hot flashes. The smell is not great but it doesn't matter because i ingest it in a capsule.

Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Put in a capsule and take up to 3 times daily.
